My conversion failed — what should I do?+
First, check that your PDF is not password-protected or corrupted (try opening it in another PDF viewer). Then try again. If it still fails, try a different browser or device. If the problem persists, contact us with the tool name and a description of the file.
Can you add a new PDF tool?+
We welcome feature suggestions! Use the contact form above and select "Feature Request". Popular requests we see often include PDF compression, PDF to Excel, and PDF splitting.
My converted Word file looks wrong — is that normal?+
PDF to Word conversion works best on text-based PDFs. Complex layouts with multiple columns, images, or tables may not convert perfectly. The output is a best-effort extraction of the text content and may need light formatting in Word.
I uploaded a file by mistake — can you delete it early?+
Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. We have no way to manually delete a specific file earlier than that because we do not log file associations. To be safe, the file is not accessible after your session ends.
Does convertpdfto.in support languages other than English?+
Our PDF tools are language-agnostic — they work on PDFs in any language. The website interface is currently in English only.
Can I use convertpdfto.in for commercial projects?+
Yes. There are no restrictions on the number of conversions or the purpose. You can use the tools for personal, educational, or commercial projects free of charge.
