2.1 Files You Upload
When you use any of our conversion tools, you upload files (PDFs or images) to our server. Here is exactly what happens to those files:
- Your file is stored temporarily on our server for the sole purpose of processing your conversion request.
- We do not read, analyse, index, or access the contents of your files for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.
- Your uploaded file and the converted output are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour of upload.
- Files are never shared with third parties, never backed up, and never retained beyond the automatic deletion window.
2.2 Usage Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how visitors use our website. This includes:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Country and approximate city (based on IP address)
- Referring website or search engine
- Which tools are used most frequently
This data is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify individual users from analytics data. It is used solely to understand how to improve the website.
2.3 Log Data
Like all web servers, our server automatically records basic access logs including your IP address, request time, and HTTP status codes. These logs are used for security monitoring and debugging and are retained for a maximum of 30 days before deletion.
2.4 Cookies

- Security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy)
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
convertpdfto.in is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used our service and provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Your Rights
